Research:

We are an interdisciplinary research group led by Dr. LI Xinyue at the City University of Hong Kong School of Data Science. Our work spans methodological and applied research in wearable device data analysis, deep learning for medical imaging, clinical prediction models and integrative analysis of medical data.

• 7 June 2023: Dr. Li published the paper “Comparison of actigraphy-measured and parent-reported sleep in association with weight status among preschool children“ in the Journal of Sleep Research.

• 16 Feb. 2023: Dr. Li published the paper “Prevalence, co-occurring difficulties, and risk factors of developmental language disorder: first evidence for Mandarin-speaking children in a population-based study“ in The Lancet Regional Health - Western Pacific.

• 15 Sept. 2022: Collin’s paper got accepted by the Journal of Affective Disorders. Congratulations!

• 10 May 2022: Dr. Li published the paper “Epidemiology of accelerometer-based sleep parameters in US school-aged children and adults: NHANES 2011–2014'“ in Scientific Reports.
